Troubleshooting:

Q：What if the image is not so clear?

A：Adjust the focus wheel and keep the watching distance 1-2.2m. For clearer and brighter images, it is recommended to use in relatively dark environment. If the bottom/top of the screen is blurry, or if the image is not rectangular, adjust the ± 15° keystone correction.

Q：What if there is no sound?

A：If you can't hear sound from some avi/mkv files from USB flash drive, that is because of the copyright restriction of Dolby, you can watch these videos by PC. （Most projectors do not support Dolby either.)

If you can't hear sound when watching videos like Netflix, just turn off dolby from the input device like PC. And most movies/TV shows can be watched via Firestick.
