Principle description:
1. Jl and J2 are the power supply input terminals of the entire patch board. Connected to AC6V can work normally. During normal operation, all the LED lights of this kit can work normally. At first, each group of LEDs flashes in water, flashes at intervals, and finally all points All LEDs light up and flash again, so cycle to check whether the LED is working and whether it is soldered well. If it is found that the corresponding LED does not flash, it indicates that the welding is wrong or virtual welding.
2. The AC9V power supply is rectified by D1-D4 diodes, and then passes through each filter capacitor to pin 1 of the voltage regulator chip 78M05 (LED97 is always on, the rectifier circuit works normally), and the output of DC5V is supplied to the entire test circuit through pin 3.
3. This test circuit is controlled by a single chip microcomputer to control the work of 8 groups of 8-bit LED lights. Each group is composed of a 74HC573 and 74HC164, a group can control 8 LEDs, a total of 12 groups, Figure 1 is a control schematic diagram of a group, the LED lights are all lit and can flash during normal operation.
