Description:The MX-S3 SDR TR SWITCH is a high-isolation transceiver switch designed to expand a transceiver's radio range with a second receiver, such as an SDR software receiver or connecting a real-time spectrum analyzer. It also supports three auxiliary ports for controlling the power amplifier and receiver squelch function.
Features:1. Dual-Channel Receiver Expansion: Connects a primary transceiver and an SDR receiver, automatically switching antenna paths when the primary device transmits.
2. Dual Control Modes:
- Key Control (SEND Port): Connects to the transceiver's key control port via a 3.5mm cable (supports YAESU/ICOM).
- RF Sense: Automatically switches upon detecting a transmitted signal (requires shorting a jumper and adjusting the delay).
3. Receiver Protection: Built-in protection circuitry prevents damage to the receiving device due to excessive transmit power.
4. Auxiliary Controls (AUX1/2/3):
- AUX1/AUX2 (MOSFET Control): Outputs a low level (100mA load) when transmitting, used to mute the receiver.
- AUX3 (Relay Control): Selectable low/high level (1A load) when transmitting. Set to normally open/closed via a jumper to control amplifier start and stop.
