Operation exception handling method:
(1) Due to improper operation or shielding the earphone signal for a long time, there is no sound from a certain earphone, please 

try to move to the range where the signal can be received, and then it can return to normal.

(2) For malfunctions caused by unknown reasons, turn off the headset and then turn it on again.
(3) If a single product is replaced or mishandled, the left and right headphones are disconnected, and the left and right headphones 

are re-paired.
(4) If there is no sound when listening to songs after the headset is connected to the mobile phone, please go to the bluetooth settings 

of the mobile phone and find the name of the connected headset (V2). If it shows that it is connected, click the headset name again.
(5) If the two headsets are paired and the phone is connected, the headset has no sound after answering the phone. You need to check
