XL0401 ideal diode module adopts a special chip to simulate the ideal diode rectifier, and the module adopts 5.5mΩ MOS with low internal resistance, so the voltage drop is small when it works at high current, which avoids the high voltage drop of 0.7V of ordinary diode, and the reduction of voltage drop also reduces the heating to a great extent. When a 0.3V Schottky works at 10A current, the heating power consumption is 3W (actually it will be much larger). The measured XL0401 ideal diode works at 10A current, and the voltage drop is about 100mv, the heating power consumption is 1W
