Operation Instructions:
1. How to choose the right pulse for spot welding?
Since the power supply of the spot welding machine needs to be prepared by the user, the capacity or internal resistance and discharge rate of the battery or battery equipped by each user are different, and the discharge current is also different, which will result in different discharge currents and different spot welding capabilities. Therefore, there is no fixed pulse parameter for users as a reference. When using it, we should follow the pulse from small to large to adjust, and perform spot welding tests while adjusting until the spot welding is solid to the nickel sheet!
2. How to choose the power supply?
① SupercapacitorFarad capacitor: The internal resistance of a single capacitor is required to be less than 0.3 milliohms. It can be powered by 2 strings of 2.7V3000F in series with a 5.4v capacitor, or 3 strings of supercapacitors. When the voltage of 3 strings of capacitors is 8.2v, the output current is about 1800A. 3 strings or 4 strings of supercapacitors are more suitable for power supply.
②12v lead-acid battery: 12v 20Ah-120Ah battery can be used for power supply. The newer the battery, the better the output current. The larger the battery capacity, the better the output current!
③Power lithium batterymodel aircraft battery: 2 strings of 7.4v-3 strings of 11.1v high-rate lithium batteries can be used for power supply. The internal resistance of a single cell should be less than 1 milliohm. Batteries with a capacity range of 12V 3300 mAh-12V 8000 mAh are more suitable

Precautions:
The positive and negative poles of the spot welding machine input must not be connected in reverse! Otherwise, there will be a risk of damaging the circuit!
