    Precautions:1. The headset lead is the antenna of FM band and short wave band, the headset line is pulled apart and straightened to receive the radio station is more effective.2.     Introduction to Medium Wave Functions:- - The medium wave capability of a radio is the ability to receive medium wave (MW) signals. Medium wave is a type of radio wave propagation, and its frequency range is usually between 535 kHz and 1605 kHz. Medium wave signal propagation is stable and suitable for long distance transmission, commonly used in broadcasting and communication. Characteristics of medium wave signals: Medium wave signals are suitable for long distance transmission and can be received clearly over hundreds of kilometres.- - Strong ability to penetrate buildings: Medium wave signals can penetrate buildings well, so the reception effect is better indoors. Less affected by the weather: compared with shortwave, medium wave is less affected by the ionosphere changes, the signal is relatively stable Factors affecting the reception effect of medium wave Antenna type: built-in antenna or external antenna will affect the reception effect. Built-in antennas such as magnetic rod antennas have limited reception range while external antennas such as rod antennas can significantly improve reception.

    - - Environmental interference: Electromagnetic interference in the city, electrical equipment, etc. will affect the reception quality of the medium wave signal. Geographical location: Geographical location also has an impact on the reception of the medium wave, such as in the mountainous area or city centre may be more interference.


    Short Wave Function Introduction:- - The frequency range of shortwave radio is usually between 1.6MHz and 30MHz, through the ionosphere reflection propagation, can receivebroadcasts from all over the world. - - Wide range of reception: shortwave radio can receive broadcasting signals from all over the world, the user can hear news, music and cultural programmes from different countries. - - Environmental impact: shortwave signals are susceptible to the impact of buildings, mountains and electromagnetic interference Usually in the open area such as the countryside reception is better at night: due to the changes in the ionosphere, the night shortwave propagation effect is relatively good.
